Investment
As a luxury travel designer, I craft one-of-a-kind travel itineraries that encompass fully vetted travel suppliers. I charge a planning fee that allows me to conduct the necessary research and selection of properties and other related suppliers that work best for you. My professional services fees vary depending on the type and length of your travel experience. I will present this to you in our complimentary consultation call.
Complimentary Consultation Call
Every trip starts with a complimentary call where we get to know one another better to decide if we’re a good fit. On the call, I’ll learn about you, your vacation desires and travel preferences so that I can custom design your ideal trip.
Design Phase
After we decide to work together and define the scope of your travel and take care of the planning fee, I’ll begin researching the best options for you based on your wants and needs. I’ll draw on my network of distinguished travel contacts around the world to provide trusted recommendations and create your ideal itinerary.
Planning Phase
You get a chance to review your itinerary, and we’ll work together to refine it until you’re very, very happy, and ready to take off!
Booking Phase
Once the itinerary is just the way you like it, leave all the bookings to me. I’ll book and reconfirm all the travel components for you, from air and hotels to tours and transfers.
Ongoing Support
My job doesn’t end when I provide you with your custom itinerary. I’ll remain in close touch before, during and after your trip to support you if something unexpected pops up. Travelers will have access to 24-hour, in-destination support throughout your trip. Rest easy knowing that you’ve got an expert travel planner in your back pocket for your entire vacation.
Post-Trip
Soon after you return home, I’ll be back in touch with you to hear all about your travels, what you loved, and what you loved even more! At that point it’s not too soon to start the planning process all over again for your next great trip!
